NAITAS keeps members updated on tourism news from around the globe and the current situation. It serves as your “WATCHDOG” that monitors activities and latest trends .


In spite of being a controversial organization, we were able to accelerate our efforts to make it premier in tourism programs by building cohesive public-private network and business-to-business relations.   We did remarkable performances in different programs concerning tourism issues and created varied programs on tourism education like BREQS seminar, Visa Processing and Immigration concerns seminar, Familiarization Tours both domestic and International.  In spite of our limited resources, we were able to access, generate, mobilize and share social responsibility to help improve the quality of tourism program in our country. We were able to materialize projects in spite of lack of budget.  We extend our personal resources just to pursue our goal.  Simply because we look forward to a new NAITAS that will generate more production to our member’s business, investors utilizing our available and abundant tourism, networking through our events and programs. Rest assured, that we will continue to do the best of our ability in the realization of the vision and mission of NAITAS as well as the Department of Tourism’s campaign for 2015.


Under the theme “Visit Philippines 2015”, The Travel & Tourism Competitiveness will be assessed based on the extent to which they are putting in place the factors and policies to make it attractive to develop the travel and tourism sector participate. NAITAS takes part in this campaign without leaving the previous theme “Its more fun in the Philippines” thru our first “NAITAS Travel & Trade Show”, the country’s newest and liveliest travel, tourism, technology and trade fair promoting outbound and inbound destinations, products and services. This big show happens on May 15, 16 & 17, 2015 at the SMX Convention Center Hall 2, Seashell Lane, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. This modest initiative is in response to the thrusts of our Department of Tourism and Department of Trade & Industry towards a more vibrant tourism & business outlook for the country. Part of the proceeds of the event will go to the improvement and promotion of “KALESA” playing around the historic Manila as another world-class tourist attraction. Two important highlights of the event under its theme of “Travel & Business” are the “Summer Travel Sale and Book & Buy Madness” where visitors from travel & event planners, travel-incentive providing companies, professional organizations, and schools, among others can avail of big sale packages of up to 70% off on bookings and purchases onsite and a B2B “Travel Forum & Networking” between tour operators and travel agencies to expand and intensify linkages and partnerships. NAITAS explores how, on one hand, the travel and tourism industry has the potential to boost economic resilience and job creation in simple and yet sentimental to all Filipinos.
